Counselling Psychology in Ipswich, Suffolk, East Anglia: How to get there, fees etc.

I work from a dedicated consulting room attached to the rear of my house in Suffolk. My consulting room is in the village of Bramford which though peaceful is only 2 miles west of Ipswich and very easily accessible from the A14/A12 and Hadleigh. (Please Click Here for an easily accessible map.)

I see everybody initially for an assessment session which allows you to tell me what's brought you here and to get a chance to look at the way I work and discuss whether I'm the right person to help . It also gives me some time to think through what you need, and if necessary, explore other options if that would be preferable. So the initial session does not involve any commitment to further work and it is quite often all that is needed.

The Practice / Links #02Clients contact me either by phone (01473 741780/ 07752278597)or through my email address lilianpower@onlyconnect.freeserve.co.uk to sort out an appointment and discuss fees, at which time I can give you more precise directions for getting to the consulting room if necessary.

I work during the day and for three evenings a week to fit in with patient's other commitments.

Currently my fees for private individuals are from £55 per session (50 minutes). The fee per session for couples is from £70. Institutional fees (Local Authorities, Solicitors, Employee Assitance Programmes, Insurance Companies etc.) are costed out at £100 per hour. These fees are regularly reviewed and clients given two months notice of any increase.

The initial assessment fee for individuals and couples (from £55/70) is payable on the day of the session. Patients then choose whether to pay after I invoice them at the end of the month or to pay weekly. Payment may be made online if that is the preferred method.

The full fee is chargeable if sessions are cancelled within the week.
